(Part Time) Concierge and Customer Care Consultant

 

What is the position?

We are looking for a happy, fun and compassionate Part-time Concierge and Customer Care Consultant.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, Greeting and helping our customers on the phone (talking and texting), through email, and in person.

Customer pre-calls for booked appointments, customer pick-up calls for their ordered wedding gowns, customer confirmation

calls about their orders, filing, preparing bridal suits for clients, putting away and pulling wedding gowns for stylists and

clients, light housekeeping, assisting customers at the cash register and problem solving for your clients.

(Part Time) Customer Care and Sales Consultant

 

What is the position?
We are looking for a part-time retail sales/customer care professional with an outgoing and upbeat personality and

phenomenal customer service for our Customer Care and Sales Consultant. The candidate will be expected to handle

customer service inquiries (by phone, email and in person). You will also run bridal appointments and help brides find the

dress of their dreams by providing information, showing them beautiful gowns and closing the sale. You will assist with daily

duties for the store when needed, between appointments. A professional who exceeds sales goals (by taking care of their clients) is preferred.

This position will require availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings, as well as Saturdays. Additional hours

maybe available daytime Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to cover vacations and busy days. You will have all long

weekends off and will receive your schedule 1 month at a time for easy planning. You will make hourly wage plus tips and

bonuses and a store discount (great for our amazing jewelry!). You will get a raise review within 3 months.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Minimum of one year experience in Women's Fashion Retail
• Very personable and friendly
• Excellent time management & problem solving skills
• Efficient multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills 
• Comfortable speaking in front of a group
• Is a great closer
